Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance may be forfeited at R888's discretion following review. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of Account closure for misconduct.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following KYC verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.
